Speak. Up. A Reminder.

Going through a lot of archives. Opening folders that haven’t been touched in decades. Here is a massive reminder to all of us that we fought for something. We fought hard. We got loud and took to the streets. Over and over. We were strategic and honest and loving and vulnerable. And policy changed. And so did our lives. Let no one tell you government is always and ever broken. Or that progressive causes are soft or bullshit. Or that you cannot raise your voice to affect policy, shift it, and re-make it so that it lives into the promises and ideals of this great country. We make the future. It will not be made by one insufferable prick and an immoral band of billionaires. Speak. Up.
